Peter Confirms a Christ Sighting...in each one of our hearts!

There has been a sighting of Christ...it appears He is alive and is currently living...in people's hearts! Gleanings of 1 Peter: 13-22...

"When you have become convinced in your mind and your heart is given to doing good...giving your life to others in order they might succeed, then it becomes harder for those who criticize you to demoralize the work you do or possibly harm you(although there may be some that do).
Don't give thought should you suffer harm, whether verbally or of a physical nature, when you are going about doing good...assisting others "bent beneath their load" and giving assistance to the many complexities of life we all experience. Threats said against one who is doing good is cheap, and has no bearing in regards to serving one another. Christ Jesus gave no thought as to his status here on earth in order to rescue each of us from sin.
Instead, your central theme in life now is to worship Christ Our King! As He gains control in your life, people will take notice, and when that time comes and someone asks you;"Why are you so in love with life...what is it about life that gives you so much hope?"
For it is then, from the depths of your own heart you are able to share the origin of this hope within you...that being Jesus, the Righteous, the One who bled and died to save us from sin.

And when someone ask you about the Blessed Hope, who now lives in our very hearts, let your answer always be there...at the "doorstep of your heart". Let your words have a greeting of kindness, let your voice be gentle, and may your attitude be humble and said in respect as you share the Good News to others.
When you do this, act with a real love coming from within you, a chain of events normally occur.
First, those who may have spoke wrong of you, will be convicted of any "trash-talk" against you, 2nd, their eyes will be opened and see the good works that come from your life and 3rd, they will come to know (through the power of the Holy Spirit) it is Christ within you...our True Hope of Glory!
Always remember, if you must suffer, let it be for doing good and being of help to another.

After all, are we not to walk the same path Christ Jesus walked? He suffered for doing good, much more than we could ever fathom...and for what reason?...He was totally innocent! He did so because..He loves us...He was completely pure, while we had "sentence already upon us"...we were completely guilty!
Yet Christ, being full of good, reached out and gave to us the Eternal Hope...to live in our hearts and give us full pardon from the verdict already rendered upon us...and that being:Guilty! His body was put to death..for us,,,and then His spirit was made alive!...for us, and now He dwells in the heart of...each of us!
Christ Jesus went on further and preached this Salvation to the earlier generations whose spirits were now in a prison of judgment...because they refused and rejected the Salvation Our King would bring.
When Noah was given direction to build an Ark, God waited patiently while the Ark was constructed, hoping people would understand they could not live their lives in reckless abandon, not giving heed to God's way of enjoying life. The way of life they chose would only cause great harm to one another and eventually destroy mankind itself...study your history...it is all there and verified!
As a result, only a few were saved from the destruction that was to come...8 to be exact. These 8 were saved..."from the water...by the water."
That is what water baptism is all about. Water baptism is not about washing up from being dirty (physically), water baptism presents you clean before God...because of Jesus. You see, because He resurrected, we too are able to be resurrected! Water baptism is a live demonstration of Christ Jesus and His effect on each one of our lives.

Now, Christ sits in Heaven, seated in a place of honor, with God , our Heavenly Father! Every power, all authorities, and all angels (above and below) are under His jurisdiction...and must bow to His Commands!
